Donald Richardson is the director of fleet and engineering services at QTS, where he oversees asset management, wreck management, and engineering support. He also serves as the company’s hazmat training designer, delivering in-house training in compliance with DOT requirements.

Donald brings two decades of experience in the rail industry, with a focus on safety and compliance leadership in both Class 1 and Shortline environments. He is committed to advancing rail safety and operational excellence while mentoring the next generation of industry professionals.
