BIOGRAPHY

Thomas Hadel is the head of industrial rail training at RailPros, where he leads efforts to bring railcrew best practices to customers operating plant railroads. With over 25 years in the rail industry, Tom has extensive experience in operations and safety across transportation, manufacturing, and mining sectors.

Thomas began his career as a U.S. Army Aviation pilot before transitioning to rail, holding key roles at CSX Transportation and KCS, including managing a tie plant and overseeing operations centers. He later directed railroad operations and safety programs statewide for Luminant in Texas.
